When you send a job application whether directly or indirectly to LuxSE, LuxSE, acting as data controller, collects and processes your Personal Data as follows :
Personal Data collected by LuxSE : we will collect the Personal Data contained in your resume and / or cover letter.
Processing of your Personal Data : Your Personal Data will solely be used by LuxSE Human Resources team for the purposes of the recruitment process.
In the event, your background and experience do not fully match our requirements and criteria, we reserve the right to store your Personal Data and application for a period of one (1) year for consideration of potential future open positions.
Storage of your Personal Data : LuxSE takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures in order to (i) store your Personal Data in secure databases and systems with restricted access and (ii) protect your Personal Data against loss, accidental or intentional misuse, alteration, destruction and access by unauthorized persons.
Transfer of your Personal Data : no Personal Data will be transferred outside of the group Bourse de Luxembourg. We may use your application for open positions in a LuxSE’s subsidiaries.
Retention period : LuxSE Human Resources team will retain your Personal Data for a period of one (1) year from the receipt of your application.
Right to access, correct and request the deletion of your Personal Data : You have the right to access, modify, correct and / or request the deletion of your Personal Data at any time as well as to restrict or oppose to the use of your Personal Data by sending an email to recruitment bourse.lu.
