We are launching a new challenge : to find a driven and talented PMO Officer!

By becoming part of the team of our DIGITAL department within SOGETI, you will be involved within a multicultural environment in which you will be able to improve your skills by sharing technical knowledge with your future colleagues, on various platforms.

Your challenge :

To support the framing and then project delivery of a large transformation programme in a banking area by :

  • Coordinating different teams and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Setting-up project / program infrastructure (Document management, tracking systems, project templates, financial consolidation and reporting systems, communication standards, ...);
  • Documenting and educating on project processes;
  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Organizing governance meetings / workshops;
  • Preparing committees decks, organize internal reviews and deliver meeting minutes;
  • Performing estimates review and financial consolidation (ensure no overlap / no gap);
  • Preparing financial communication in a summarized yet precise and accurate manner;
  • Tracking and reporting project / program risks, input milestones, quality of client / partners inputs;
  • Tracking changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation;
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Tracking and reporting project / program risks, input milestones, quality of client / partners inputs;
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • And in terms of technical know-how?

  • Experience in PMO / project management in Banking area / PMP or IPMA level C certification is great asset;
  • Proven experience in supporting distributed delivery projects;
  • Proven experience in significant IT projects PMO (Fixed price and T&M) or IT project management;
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA a nice-to-have.
  • To succeed in your mission you need :

  • To demonstrate a strong consulting experience and an ability to frame complex concepts into digestible information to stakeholders;
  • To have an excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • To be an excellent written and verbal communicator;
  • To have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
  • To have a fluency in French and English.
  • But above all, the desire to invest yourself in the life and the working atmosphere of a team!

    Education :

    3+ years university degree in IT and at least 5 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
