We are looking for a Department Manager who wants to be a part of driving the success for our brand.
The Department Manager will work closely together with the Store Experience Manager to make sure the customer service levels are high and secure the brand experience on department level.
As Department Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing your department in the store and improve daily operations as well as achieving sales targets and budget.
You report to the Store Experience Manager.
Some responsibilities include :
Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales
Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with Visual Merchandiser
Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service
The role requires ability to overview, plan and organise both your own work and the team’s to achieve set goals for the department.
You take responsibility for developing your team and constantly improving your department, always focusing on the customer and results.
As a person, you are communicative and have a flexible attitude. You’re team oriented and convinced that customer service and sales are more or less the same thing.
You are caring and genuinely want the best for your team. You have experience from managing a team and working with customer service along with good English skills.
