We are looking for a dynamic and eager Compliance Manager to join our team for a 12-16-month maternity leave contract! The successful candidate is expected to manage the Compliance program of the entire PM-
International Group and provide a range of Compliance support to Subsidiaries, Team Partners and other areas.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position.
The ideal candidate will be reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer and providing support in a one-on-one working relationship.

Experience and background in Compliance Programs Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a must and Masters in Management is an asset Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization Social media knowledge / proficiency Computer software proficiency Experience with Direct Selling or Network Marketing is an advantage Ability to perform organizational planning and situation analysis Working flexibility Able to work under pressure Some domestic and international travel may be required If you think you are the right person!
