Organisation and department description
Our client is an international law firm based in Luxembourg. Select has been mandated to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner.
You will be join the existing HR team composed by 10 people. The Luxembourg’s office represents 220 people (employees and independents).
You will work in close collaboration with another HRBP. Your internal clients will be independent lawyers. Your tasks will be among others :
Participate to develop local HR strategies, policies and practices;
Improve and monitor employee productivity;
Evaluate staffing needs with Managers;
Be involved in all the recruitment processes;
Follow new joiners;
Promote social dialogue and engagement;
Improve relations between staff and employers;
Anticipate HR trends;
Report to the Direction.
You hold an HR diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
You have a relevant experience as HRBP ideally in a law firm;
You speak English and French fluently;
You have strong knowledge in Luxembourgish labor law and analytical skills;
You are dynamic and proactive;
You are team player.
Permanent contract, full time
