The Amazon EU Consumer team is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced marketing manager to join its After Market Services & Warehouse Deals team in our EU headquarters in the city of Luxembourg.
The Senior Product Manager - Warehouse Deals Marketing (m / f) will lead the expansion of Amazon used and open box business in Europe.
He / she will be identifying business trends, analyzing data, creating marketing strategies, benchmarking CX, and targeting customers to drive awareness.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with online and offline marketing, making data-driven decisions, and influencing others.
He / she will have demonstrated ability to drive traffic and new customer acquisition.
Lead the development and management of the Pan-EU Amazon Warehouse Deals businesses and storefronts in close collaboration with the AMS country leaders.
Develop a Warehouse Deals specific marketing and demand driving program for EU and cooperate with local retail stakeholders on merchandising execution.
Improve the overall customer experience on the Warehouse Deals platform, including discoverability, customer satisfaction and customer returns.
Benchmark the Amazon Warehouse Deal business with industry standards and best-performers; ensure competitive pricing, selection, availability and customer experience.
Building on existing WW practice, always look to develop consistency wherever possible and appropriate and share best practices across the EU marketplaces.
Achieve the above through the project management and coordination of improvement activities, coordinating between technology teams, site merchandising teams, customer services and in-country retail teams
Create and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan that builds awareness and drives traffic via email, direct, sponsored links, paid search, associates / blogs, display ads, mobile, and social media.
Work at both the strategic level (shaping overall EU used strategy and identifying new opportunities) and at the tactical level (measuring and optimizing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic and performance data, building new features, and solving problems).
Determine the appropriate methods and systems of metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness.
Program / Product or Marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to partner with multiple teams and lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional projects.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
MBA ideal but not essential
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and SQL knowledge a plus.
