Call Center Customer Service (M / W)
Long Term Temporary Contract
Being the first contact to clients and non-clients for queries related to Shareholder Services Luxembourg;
Managing incoming phone calls and emails from different stakeholders;
Performing the investigation on queries received;
Retrieving customer information in the databases;
Ensuring efficient follow-up on all incoming calls and written inquiries in order to provide proper KPI;
Ensuring that the abandoned call rate is less than 3%;
Acknowledging good receipt of written queries within 24 hours;
Providing answers to queries within 48 hours;
Looking for sales opportunities.
Degree in a relevant field;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service environment;
Fluency in French and English (German can be an asset) ;
Proficient user of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases
Great verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to accurately document and record customer information;
Detail and customer oriented.
