Lead of the Project and Service Management department with overall responsibility of the business change, strategic business transition and Service Management of the bank.
Management of the Program and Project Portfolio for Credit Suisse Luxembourg and its branches throughout Europe. Closely interact and manage all key partners in the business and work with the bank's headquarters, i.
e. business, COO and IT teams. Prioritize and lead all aspects of the change and transformation related book-of-work for the Luxembourg platforms across the various business divisions and regulatory initiatives.
Advises senior management of the Bank on change initiatives, including regulatory, digital and platform transformation. Demonstrates initiative and creativity in developing and implementing strategic programs related to the business and the platform model.

12+ years of relevant working experience in the Financial Services industry in Luxembourg, ideally within the Banking sector with exposure to Private Banking and Depositary Bank in an international environment.
Excellent knowledge of banking products, processes and regulations as well as the respective IT landscape. Advanced project and portfolio management skills.
Outstanding communication, analytical, conceptual and presentation skills including the ability to manage senior partners effectively.
