Introduction

Would you like to join a reputable financial company which is a leader in investment management, asset and fund administration and make it benefit from your expertise in Employee Relations?

As a key member of the Employee Relations global team, you will be able to advise, counsel and serve as an expert on various Employee Relations matters for mainland Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Investigate grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures in collaboration with line managers or independently
  • Provide advice to HR colleagues and managers on all Employee Relations and policy issues
  • Be the contact person for employee representative forums
  • Manage employee litigation in partnership with HR partners and external counsel
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures to meet the needs of the organisation, respond to changing legislation, and facilitate the adoption of best practices
  • Partner with employee relations manager and partners globally to undertake and support Employee Relations programs, initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Your Profile

  • Applied knowledge of Luxembourg employment law and HR best practices. Knowledge of Swiss, German and Dutch employment law would be an advantage
  • Demonstrable Employee Relations consulting experience as a generalist / hr business partner or in a specialist employee relations role
  • Track record of conducting complex investigations, disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Experience of working with staff delegations
  • Experience of the employment issues connected to acquisitions and employee transfers, in particular due diligence and employee consultation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently
