Client Service Manager
Status : temporary contract of 8 months (until 02.2020) with an opportunity to have a permanent contract
Your tasks :
Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and team of operational staff. Delegates work and allocates clients within the team accordingly.
Responsible for the team and their actions.
Responsible for training and supporting the team.
Expected to maintain a full and detailed awareness of the team’s allocated clients in the context of Ops servicing and all up and down stream interactions, in addition to having a general awareness of the global relationship, services solutions provided by the corporate group and how CSM services contribute to the whole.
Provides support to AVPs and VPs.
Act as Manager’ for strategic clients.
Likely to oversee most complex transactions within the team, notably on-boarding and fund launches. May then delegate the relationship to another in the team
Contribute and guide the development of operating models to deal with changes in the client situation
Handle and resolve complex or unusual operational and managerial problems
Lead and contribute to operational, client, risk and audit meetings as required.
Foster and develop close working relationships with other departments and locations to ensure that client requirements and perceptions are understood by the operations teams keeping abreast of operational constraints and developments in order to manage communication towards the external client.
Provide primary oversight within the team in order to manage client challenges end-to-end and provide experienced support to associates to make sound operational decisions centred on the client result.
IExperience in Client Service Management or any client facing role,
University degree ,
Good communicator, team player and able to shuffle priorities depending on client demands.
