Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist (M / F)

Your Opportunity

We are looking for Senior Talent Acquisition / Employer Branding Specialist to drive our increased Human Resources development in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and reinforce the Intertrust employment brand internally and externally
  • Review existing processes, identify and implement best practices across multiple teams
  • Drive new strategies for attracting top talent
  • Expand in-house sourcing capabilities and passive candidate generation
  • Partner with the business and HR regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning
  • Act as a key stakeholder and thought leader within overall business and European HR teams
  • Identify, establish and drive consistent review of relevant recruiting metrics and enable the team to make data driven decisions
  • Drive best in class assessment throughout the organization
  • Deliver interview skills training to hiring managers
  • Employer Branding

  • Build and enhance overall Intertrust’s Luxembourg employer branding awareness within the European market
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies through adequate channels (digital and print)
  • Improve quality candidate generation through agreed marketing objectives for supporting development of talent pipelines addressing early career, experienced hires and executive talent
  • Manage and improve the implementation of the employee value proposition strategy
  • Ensure consistency of employer brand across all campaign and channels
  • Develop social media as a candidate pipeline tool by partnering with social media experts to drive engagement strategies and metrics
  • Sourcing

  • Discovering new channels of sources
  • Internal & external candidate sourcing, resume review, scheduling interviews
  • Establish reports, dashboards and benchmarks with the aim of monitoring our activity and continually improving our processes
  • Attending career and professional events, conferences in order to attract top talents
  • Building a network and creating a talent pool for our recruitment needs
  • Continuous improvement of employer branding
  • Participating in various projects in the areas of recruitment, sourcing
  • Your Profile

    Education and Experience :

  • University degree, ideally in law, human resources or business administration
  • At least 7 years work experience in a similar role
  • Skills

  • Demonstrable relationship building, influence, negotiation and consultation skills with experience in closing candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Soft skills :

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills
  • Creative with an innovative mind-set
  • Can-do mentality, pragmatic and result-oriented approach
