  • BNP Paribas Wealth Management is looking for a : Client Support Officer - Liaison and Execution Desk (M / F) Permanent contract Working environment : The Liaison and Execution Desk is dedicated to providing Execution Services to our RTO (Execution Only) Clients, whether they are handled via :

  • an External Wealth Managers
  • an ?internal? (BGL BNP Paribas Wealth Management) Relationship Managers
  • or an ?external? Relationship Manager within the WM Group (?Liaison Desks?, currently : Dubai, Spain, and the Netherlands).
  • Your mission : As a Client Support Officer, you will join the Execution & Support Team of the Liaison and Execution Desk, which includes mainly the following tasks :

  • Execution of Securities orders
  • Execution of FX orders
  • Handling Cash and Securities transfers
  • Performing ?Call Backs?
  • Daily monitoring on accounts (Corporate actions, Cash balances, ?)
  • Handling the Daily Banking activities (Credit Cards, ?) for the EWM department
  • Support of the Liaison Desks in their Daily Banking activities
  • Ad-hoc support on opening or closing of accounts, for EWM or LD clients
  • Implementation of pre-agreed pricing grids
  • Inquiries in Bloomberg, and discussions with the Dealing rooms (Geneva / Lisbon)
  • Inputs in the CRM system and archiving of client instructions
  • Monitoring and controls related to Risk Management

  • Continuous exchange of information within the Team
  • Back-up the other LED team members during spikes of activity and holidays
  • Participate in workshops on how to improve our processes
  • Embrace the multi-cultural aspects structurally surrounding this department
  • Your profile : Education : minimum Bac +2 level diploma. Professional Experience :

  • Experience in Securities ordering
  • Experience with market data provider (Bloomberg, Reuters) would be an advantage

Language Skills : English is mandatory, and either French, Spanish, or Dutch would be a strong advantage During the finalization of the recruitment process, the preselected candidate will be asked to provide us an extract from his / her criminal record dated less than 3 months (record N 3 for Luxembourg), according to the dispositions of the law from July concerning the criminal record.
