THE JOB :

DO Recruitment advisors is delighted to represent a international financial services company in their search for a CRM / Corporate Officer for their Fund Services Department.

Reporting to the Head of funds services, the job holder will have lead responsibility for ensuring quality of delivery and service experience of key strategic clients.

Main responsibilities :

The CRM is responsible for the successful set up, on-boarding and on-going servicing of our Fund Administration clients. The successful candidate will be required to have an in-depth understanding of legal, regulatory and key operational considerations in relation to the provision of central administration services to unregulated and regulated Luxembourg Alternative funds alternative funds :

  • Act as Fund Administration senior service representative for strategic client relationships.
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients and launch of new structures - Fund, SPV and General Partners.
  • Manage and develop the relationship with the clients and their intermediaries ( legal counsel, tax advisor, managers, bankers, notaries, company auditors).
  • Oversee the service delivery on the client portfolio to ensure quality delivery in line with agreed service levels.
  • Manage significant changes (structure, activity, regulatory) and investment transactions on client portfolio.
  • Prepare / verify deed, agreement, contract, document, (loan agreements, share purchase agreements, POA's) required for the daily management and the implementation of transactions of the client companies.
  • Organise the Boards of Directors and Shareholders' meetings, as well drafting the related agendas and minutes.
  • Ensure that Corporate and Fund Documentation is complete and in good order.
  • Follow up on the overall client and regulatory requirements with respect to the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure best practice process and compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ongoing awareness and management of client revenue and profitability targets, including fees schedules.
  • Identification and communication of service / business development opportunities.
  • THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • 10 +years' experience in a similar position for a Fund Administration department.
  • Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg Fund product, company and AIFMD law / regulations.
  • Experience in service of unregulated and regulated AIF structure.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages such as French, Spanish and German is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of PFS Paxus system a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of AML / KYC requirements is mandatory.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business or law.
  • Additional qualifications in Accounting or Company Secretary is a plus.
