A. is to generate, procure, transmit and distribute electricity, natural gas and renewable energies to industries, SMB’s, distributors and private households.
You provide customers an exceptional service on all available contact channels (phone, e-mail, shops )
You handle requests and complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
You conduct administrative tasks (contracts, invoices, complex complaints )
You give accurate, valid and complete information to the customers and to internal interlocutors
You meet service level targets to improve and harmonize the level of service our customers receive
You follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
You report regularly to the Responsible for Operations and Processes on achievements and issues, suggest improvements
You assist temporarily on other CSC tasks / initiatives when needed
You have an "A" levels or equivalent diploma in Economics, Administration or any related field
Active listening and problem solving skills are your strengths
Flexibility and attention to details characterize you
You have a positive attitude and multitasking abilities
You are fluent in French, German, English and Luxemburgish (written and spoken)
A certified copy of your diploma as well as a recent copy of your criminal record will be requested after the first interview.
