Within the CyberForce Department, the Information Security Management team advises and acts as subject matter expert related to information security for all our different entities.

Be the privileged point of contact for a specific entity, advise it and act as a subject matter expert for all information security related subject.
Lead the local security committee (LSC) of the related entity
Participate to the POST Group's risk analysis process (local risks of the related entity and transversal risks) : ensure the implementation of appropriate controls and guarantee information security by assessing and accurately reporting the identified security risks.
Prepare KPIs and associated figures for the local security committee and CISO
Develop policies and framework in accordance with the defined information security strategy and POST Group policies. Ensure that procedures and activities comply with all regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, guidelines and internal standards
Participate in awareness and training strategies. Support internal / external audits and regulatory inspections
Contribute to activities related to contingency plan, business continuity management and disaster recovery with the various stakeholders Your profile
Have a Master’s degree with a specialization in IT or Information Security
Benefit from 5 to 7 years of previous experience in information security
Demonstrate good knowledge of information security related standards (ISO 27001, 27002, 27005, etc.) as well as information security industry standards and relevant regulations ( PCI DSS, ISO, SWIFT, etc.
related certifications in these areas are an advantage
Be recognized for your customer, solution and result-oriented mindset as well as for your analytical and synthetic skills
Demonstrate commitment, agility, creativity and open-mindedness
Have a very good command of English (written and spoken). Any other language will be considered an asset
