To be based in our Luxembourg office, we are looking for a :
Internship - HR Services & Administration (m / f)
Your role :
Support in administrating entries : follow up of hiring formalities including medical check-ups, management of personal files and documents relating to entries;
Good management of absences : encoding of leave and illness in our HRIS, monitoring of extraordinary leave, careful quality control of encoded data, production of ad-hoc reports;
Quality administrative support for all our HR processes in relation to time management, individual data, hiring and departure management;
Participation in internal HR process optimization projects.
Your profile :
You are a student in Business Management / Administration / Human Resources (higher eduction courses, Bac+3 / Bac+4) and are looking for an internship as part of your studies.
You are recognized for your rigour and organization and have great analytical and synthesis skills.
You are a strong proponent and have a high sense of confidentiality.
You speak English and have a good command of French or German.
You master computer tools (MS Office and more particularly Excel).
