Our Talent Attraction and Sourcing Team is looking for a forward-thinking and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team and make a difference to our internal clients, people and communities as of now .

We are seeking outstanding individuals who will work for our Advisory Function.

As a Recruiter you will :

together : Act as a Business Partner with our Service Lines Leaders of our Advisory Functions.

clientobsession : Act boldly in order to give the best services to our internal clients

drivingtoexcellence : Work in an international HR team, being responsible for the recruitment of all levels positions for one of our Business Lines to support the continued growth of our Advisory Function

courage : Lead the entire recruitment process : handling applications, selecting and interviewing potential candidates, conducting personality assessments as part of the recruitment process and promoting our firm on all levels

  • Actively contribute to the development of our recruitment events as well as to the promotion of KPMG in European Universities / Business Schools
  • forbetter : Build and maintain close working relationships internally and externally

  • Take part in our communication and employer branding strategy by using the appropriate channels such as social networks, career website
  • Take part in HR projects linked directly or indirectly to the recruitment
  • Participate to Campus activities
  • The perfect candidate :

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, from an agency or similar internal role
  • Fluent in English, French or German or Luxembourgish would be a plus
  • IT literate and able to use social networks in a professional environment
  • Proactive and service-oriented with a commercial, results driven background
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Team player and have the ability to communicate effectively on all levels
