We seek an experienced professional to lead the EU Merchant Fulfilment Network Delivery Experience (MFN DEX) team of Amazon EU Seller Services in Luxembourg.
Deliver Experience covers the entire journey of a parcel, and deals with performance management of both Carriers and Sellers, to secure the best Customer Experience.
The role is pan-European in scope and will interact with various business, transportation, and technical teams within Amazon.
We are looking for a customer focused candidate who can lead this charter effectively and work with multiple stakeholders to drive and implement new processes for monitoring and improving delivery experience in Amazon’s Marketplace.
This role is based out of Amazon’s European HQ in Luxembourg.
