Sales business partners officer (M / F / D)

The Sales Business Partners Officer will have the opportunity to support the growth of our business by building relationships with all existing and new Business-to-Business (B2B) Partners in our target markets.

As part of the Marketing and Sales Department you will be responsible for the development, identification and creation of co-branding partnerships across a range of industry segments.

This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.

ABOUT THE JOB l What will you do?

As a Sales Business Partners Officer, you will be responsible for the following activities :

  • Effectively manage all steps of the sales lifecycle
  • Act as the day-to-day relationship manager with card programme partners
  • Play a central role in the internal implementation of card programmes, collaborate with all functions to ensure that projects deliver on schedule and to a high level of partner and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, enhance product offerings and propose new marketing measures
  • Ensure high quality internal and external communication and reporting while cooperating with internal departments to prioritise client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution
  • ABOUT YOU l What’s your background?

  • Degree in Business, or relevant experience in the field
  • Knowledge of consumer credit and ideally credit cards but not mandatory
  • Proven relationship management credentials ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience in dealing with private and institutional clients
  • Hands-on client implementation and / or project management experience
  • Business development and client sales capabilities and instincts
  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong project management / organisational skills
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate, guide and motivate all involved stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; Italian language knowledge is advantageous
