For one of our clients, a European institution in Luxembourg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FR-EN (M / F) Your tasks :

  • Handle different administrative duties for the whole Unit, such as management of the calendar, organisation of meetings;
  • Maintain the folders up-to-date, carry out a regular check and cleanup of the folders, make improvement proposals;
  • Assist the Office Space coordinator in her daily tasks (provide logistics support in the implementation of the office moves, liaise with the relevant services in case of issues).

  • Secondary level education, ideally complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g.
  • secretarial studies, business administration)

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and a good command of French.
  • Knowledge of another European language will be considered as a distinct advantage.
