For one of our clients, a European institution in Luxembourg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FR-EN (M / F) Your tasks :
Handle different administrative duties for the whole Unit, such as management of the calendar, organisation of meetings;
Maintain the folders up-to-date, carry out a regular check and cleanup of the folders, make improvement proposals;
Assist the Office Space coordinator in her daily tasks (provide logistics support in the implementation of the office moves, liaise with the relevant services in case of issues).
Secondary level education, ideally complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g.
secretarial studies, business administration)
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support
Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and a good command of French.
Knowledge of another European language will be considered as a distinct advantage.
