Reporting directly to the head of Talent Acquisition and sitting within its team, the Employer’s branding and campus manager’ s role is to champion PwC Employer’s brand in Luxembourg and beyond.

This is achievable through deployment of effective talent marketing and employer branding across a wide range of digital and print channels, campus management and live events to give an integrated brand experience of PwC Luxembourg.

  • Your mission : Employer’s branding : - Build and enhance overall PwC’s Luxembourg employer branding awareness within the European market;
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies through adequate channels (digital and print); - Improve quality candidate generation through agreed marketing objectives for supporting development of talent pipelines addressing early career, - experienced hires and executive talent;
  • Manage and improve the implementation of the employee value proposition strategy; - Ensure consistency of employer brand across all campaign and channels - Produce clear, motivating, attractive content to articulate PwC’s Vision, Values and culture;
  • Develop social media as a candidate pipeline tool by partnering with social media experts to drive engagement strategies and metrics Campus Management : - In collaboration with the head of Talent Acquisition, build and enhance our campus strategies - Manage develop and coach a team of campus ambassadors - Coordinate our intern, graduate and early career campaign - Participate in campus and recruitment event to promote our business and opportunities - Overseeing the campus budget Your profile - You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or within a human resources or communication function;
  • You have a passion for digital media and tools . - You have deep knowledge on digital communication tools with a focus on Social media and HR marketing best practices ;
  • You have a very good knowledge of international recruitment framework and labor market; - You developed a knowledge of the global macro-economic trends and of the education process in three cross-border countries;
  • You have an excellent command of French and English, German knowledge would be considered an asset.
