In this role, you will be responsible for :
Delivering improvements in the customer shopping experience for our Nordic customers (including delivery experience, pricing and convenience)
Working with technical and non-technical teams across Amazon to achieve these improvements
Preparing and assessing metrics to enable data-backed decision making
Contributing to the development and implementation of team strategy

5-10 years of work experience
Proven track record of managing complex projects
Experience of working with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal English-language communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
Proven analytical skills and highly numerate
Experience in online retailing
Ability to write SQL queries
Language skills in Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian are a plus
