The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build. The opportunities : your next adventure awaits As a Senior Legal Counsel for EY Luxembourg, you will be a member of our General Counsel’s Office (EY Internal / In-house Legal Department) and will be working on a various range of legal topics.
Your responsibilities You will be mainly in charge of :
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating EY Luxembourg’s Clients Engagement Letters, Master Services Agreements, partnership agreements and contracts with suppliers (procurement agreements, IT contracts, General Terms and Conditions, etc.).
Creating, reviewing and keeping up to date EY Luxembourg ’s contracts library.
Delivering legal advice on various legal matters (commercial law, new technology, intellectual property rights, contracts, civil law, etc.
to EY Luxembourg’s partners and people from our audit, tax and consulting service lines.
Assisting EY Luxembourg General Counsel in his function of Data Protection Officer (keeping register of processing activities up to date, replying to data subjects’ access / erasure rights, conducting Privacy Impact Assessment, developing appropriate GDPR policies and guidance, etc.).
You will also assist, from time to time, EY Luxembourg General Counsel on EY Luxembourg Corporate matters as well as in relation with litigations, claims or circumstances brought by clients or third parties and in relation with compliance matters (such as International Sanctions matters).

You hold a Master’s in Business / Company Law, Contract Law or New Technology Law / Data Protection.
You have between 3 and 7 years of relevant experiences in a similar working environment or in a law firm handling at least contractual matters.
You have a thorough understanding of Luxembourg laws and regulations. Knowledges and past experiences in New Technology Laws or GDPR matters is an asset.
You are fluent in English and French. Any other language skills such as German will be considered as an asset.
You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
You are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis.
