Your tasks Be the first point of contact for our customers as a part of our online-services team Perform first and second level IT-Support for our online-services Support and consult internal and external users in all technical aspects Create and maintain IT documentation for internal and external users Support ongoing development efforts of our online-services and corresponding business processes Work closely together with our operational departments to support their business Monitor operational aspects / performance / analytics of our online-services Track support tickets and follow-up on provided solutions Troubleshoot post-installation problems Coordinate deployment and update processes Your profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field Experience in hardware and software configuration on MS-Windows Knowledge of Information Security practices and procedures Experience with Remote assistance tools Good time management, problem-solving and organizational skills with an attention to detail Good communication skills in person, via email and via phone Fluency in English is mandatory, French and / or German is considered as an asset Join us and grow with us!
