Main duties and responsibilities

  • To provide HR & Training support to all levels of the organization. Perform HR managerial input at an operational level to ensure effective performance management and a disciplined workforce
  • Recruitment, Induction
  • Training programs, Apprenticeships
  • Budget allocation and control
  • Development, implementation, review and enforcement of company policies
  • Disciplinary procedures / meetings
  • Absence Management
  • Performance Management (inc Appraisal)
  • Involvement in employee welfare
  • Employee engagement / communications
  • Employee relations
  • To liaise with complementary functions as required, for example training, payroll, TS&E, and external Occupational Health providers
  • Project work for the Senior Management
  • Completion of monthly Group HR KPI reports
  • Cover for the HR Manager / HR Administrator / Payroll / Contractor Management / Reception as required
  • Requirements

  • Enthusiastic personality, who is willing and able to learn quickly
  • Open minded, hard working and curious personality
  • Master's degree and 3 or more years' experience in HR
  • Language : French, German required, English will be an asset
  • Good communication and problem solving skills, teamwork, self-initiative, independent, structured and autonomous
  • A background in HR within a manufacturing environment would be desirable
