As a Learning & Development Specialist and part of the EU Learning team, you will play a vital role in advancing Amazon’s unique culture and enabling the success of new leaders in a high-

growth, fast-paced organization. Our team provides world-class onboarding, learning and development programs for EU Operations.

Specifically, you will be looking after the onboarding program of new hires by facilitating our Operations Leadership Orientation (OLO) week in Luxembourg, Barcelona, and other locations.

You will also be looking after support groups. This will mean building or curating, then deploying solutions to meet learning needs of operations or support teams.

You will work with business leaders, SMEs, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure all learning solutions and experiences are positive and productive.

  • Bachelor's or university degree required
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in influencing senior leaders / stakeholders.
  • Superior communication and influence skills are a must with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all management levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • A strong Amazon Operations background with a passion for the development of leaders OR, 3 years of work experience with solid career progression in designing, developing, and / or delivering classroom training in the workplace.
  • Aptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis.
  • Program management and administration skills : organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks / projects on track, using time well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
  • Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in coaching in one-to-one and team capacity on employee development

    Experience in designing, developing and implementing blended learning solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience facilitating and presenting in front of larger audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Master’s degree in the field of Training & Development or Talent Development
  • HTML knowledge
  • Experience from within logistics, distribution or retail industry is a plus
