What will you do?

  • Own and manage major IT infrastructure projects aiming to introduce new user functionality or data center technology
  • Support major I&TS business initiatives by managing the IT infrastructure project delivery
  • Actively participate in managing new demand and business needs. Analyze the needs, check feasibility and work with architecture to find the best solution.
  • Leverage the global GTI organization and more specifically technology towers and the Project Management Office team
  • Actively participate in the project governance with third party vendors by raising new project request, define / review scope and cost proposals, manage the third-
  • party project delivery.

  • Perform project and project portfolio reporting
  • What do you need to succeed?


  • Expert knowledge of project management, scheduling methodology, waterfall and iterative methodologies, project metrics, analysis and status reporting.
  • PMP or Prince2 certified.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management , communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding Risk, Issue and Dependency Management
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects (data center moves, relocation, outsourcing )
  • Nice-to-have

  • Experience in managing third party / outsourced services and projects
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure technology (server, storage, databases, )
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and the related regulatory constraints
  • Knowledge of service management practice and more specifically defining non-functional and service requirements. ITIL certification is an advantage.
