About the Role
Position objectives and summary of most important activities
Payroll : administration, support the data input for payroll, payroll checking, distribution of lunch tickets & vouchers
General HR administration tasks
Recruiting activities in line with the applicable service model
Support on-boarding process, off-boarding process ; update of distribution lists
Help implementing new HR services and HR tools / solutions for the business
Enrolment of new employees in local benefits programmes
Update HR Library / employee Handbook
Manage Contact One tickets : Ensure timely and adequate resolution of HR tickets and requests in collaboration with respective HR Specialists and / or external parties
Deliver HR services to client groups
Advise on standard corporate band changes, working time / degree changes, overtime, unpaid leave / sabbaticals
Manage and execute employee relations issues
Support redundancy processes
Facilitate grievance, disciplinary, exit, under-performance and other key employee relations processes
Maintain up to date local employment law knowledge
Support Line managers in the identification of learning and development needs Perform other tasks for different legal entities in Luxembourg
Support performance improvement plans (PIP)
About You
University degree
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Confidentiality, diligent and accurate working style
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills
Ability to solve HR issues / situations
HR related education / background is beneficial
