About the Role

Position objectives and summary of most important activities

  • Payroll : administration, support the data input for payroll, payroll checking, distribution of lunch tickets & vouchers
  • General HR administration tasks
  • Recruiting activities in line with the applicable service model
  • Support on-boarding process, off-boarding process ; update of distribution lists
  • Help implementing new HR services and HR tools / solutions for the business
  • Enrolment of new employees in local benefits programmes
  • Update HR Library / employee Handbook
  • Manage Contact One tickets : Ensure timely and adequate resolution of HR tickets and requests in collaboration with respective HR Specialists and / or external parties
  • Deliver HR services to client groups
  • Advise on standard corporate band changes, working time / degree changes, overtime, unpaid leave / sabbaticals
  • Manage and execute employee relations issues
  • Support redundancy processes
  • Facilitate grievance, disciplinary, exit, under-performance and other key employee relations processes
  • Maintain up to date local employment law knowledge
  • Support Line managers in the identification of learning and development needs Perform other tasks for different legal entities in Luxembourg
  • Support performance improvement plans (PIP)
  • About You

  • University degree
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Confidentiality, diligent and accurate working style
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to solve HR issues / situations
  • HR related education / background is beneficial
