Head of Talent Acquisition (m / f)
Encevo S.A. is the holding company leading the Encevo Group, which is mainly composed of energy provider Enovos and grid operator Creos.
Encevo defines the group strategy and governance and provides financing to all group entities with a view to ensuring the sustainable development of the whole group.
Encevo also provides various support services to group entities, including finance, treasury management, accounting, human resources, facility management, IT, internal audit, risk management and insurance.
You partner with business leaders of the Encevo Group to develop and implement long-term strategies to attract and retain high performing employees
You are the expert on talent acquisition and retention strategies
You drive internal mobility and talent initiatives by leading best practices in sourcing, interviewing skills and developmental programs
You act as a point of contact for employees and support managers on all issues related to recruitment topics
You lead, develop and motivate a team of three to ensure day-to-day operational effectiveness and quality talent acquisition outcomes by supervising the full-cycle recruiting
You continually optimize recruiting strategies and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience
You forecast recruitment requests, analyse statistics and other HR-related topics to the executive committee
You manage, support and participate in Group HR projects related to talent management, employer branding, HRIS etc.
You hold a Master in Human Resources or equivalent
You have at least 6 years work experience in HR / Recruitment
Proven work experience as a team manager
Familiarity with social media, database and professional network
A keen knowhow in labour law is essential

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in Luxembourgish, German, French and English
