Job Title : Project Manager Transfer Agency Location : Findel Description Department : Transfer Agency Team : Project Team Position : Transfer Agent (N+1 : Manager Project Team) Project Manager Officer Mission : Assisting the Team’s management in the overall direction, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Task Description :
Evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations
Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects
Participate to the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements eventually project budget
Develop full scale of project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff / Plan and schedule project timelines
Monitor and report on progresses on the projects to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Dispatch training to TA Partners related to new tools or processes implemented with the TA or the company
Compliance with regulations and attainment of client specific processing requirements
Participate in the Business Improvement Processes : ensure that processes and controls are reviewed and improved
Propose change management processes to the management
Improve the output where quality process needs to be addressed Skills : Education : Graduate or above Experience : above three years in a similar position Competencies :
