Executive Recruiter WW Operations Talent Acquisition WW Based
The WW Operations Executive Recruiting Team is a small team within the WW Operations TA Organization. The Team hires the most senior leaders for our field operations roles.
In order to drive talent to our WW Operations organization, the team is looking for a Senior Recruiter who shares a passion for hiring the best and the brightest leaders in the world.
The WW Ops Executive Recruiting team works across Operations senior leadership teams. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for owning and executing senior searches.
S / he will own relationships with senior executives and create robust hiring and candidate development strategies. S / he will be expected to recruit and hire exceptional candidates, as well as pipeline talent for future searches.
This person will need to be well-versed in all aspects of senior executive search including client management and offer negotiation, candidate development, generation and creative sourcing plans to pursue.
S / he work with a strong, established recruiting team of full life cycle recruiters and researchers.
Specific responsibilities include but, aren’t limited to :
Acting as a talent advisor to Business Leaders across WW Operations educating Hiring Managers about the external hiring marketplace.
Clearly communicating status and progress against open searches. Providing strategic guidance to executive leadership in matters related to top talent.
Partnering with the overall Talent Acquisition leadership and teams in the EU to support our overall efforts across the region.

You will need :
Required Experience :
6+ years of progressive corporate and / or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation in a highly competitive market.
The proven ability to use research and data to drive results.
