What is the opportunity?

As Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team in charge of the AML / KYC and the register maintenance.

What will you do?

  • Be responsible for the on-boarding of investors for key clients : risk profiling and customer due diligence process in line with applicable KYC guidelines and procedures as well as any other regulatory requirements such as FATCA, CRS...
  • Manage the relationships with key clients for Register activities : handling of conference calls or meetings with clients and / or their customers, discussion on AML / KYC regulation and guidelines
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the static data and KYC documentation of investors and distributors
  • Be responsible for ensuring the on-going review of the information and documentation of investors and distributors
  • What do you need to succeed?


  • 06-10 years experience in AML / KYC. Experience in REPE funds industry is an asset
  • Possess the ability to assess, impact, influence and take initiative.
  • Possess proficient analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, escalate as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Nice-to-have

  • Any other languages (French, German, Spanish) will be considered as a strong asset
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Specific knowledge : SARA, BP module
