  • Managing day- to-day accounting entries;
  • Preparing financial statements and periodical reportings under LuxGAAP’s;
  • Preparing tax and VAT returns;
  • Maintaining contact with banks, Luxembourg authorities, and external providers;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Assisting with the setting up and administration of holding companies;
  • Assisting with the organization of board meetings and shareholders meetings;
  • Assisting with the administrative and accounting outsourcing solutions;
  • Preparing legal documents (minutes of the annual shareholders meetings and

  • board meetings);
  • Following-up the day-to-day operations and client requests;
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance

    Relevant experience (Minimum 3-5 years) as an Accountant in a similar

    environment or within a Big Four firm

    Fluent in French and English, knowledge in Spanis is an asset

    Strong knowledge of BOB50 / Sage and MS Office

    Knowledge in the Luxembourg tax and legal fields

    Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to multi-task

    Strong time-management and organisational skills are essential

    Professional manner with the ability to relate to persons at all levels, and to

    respond to queries quickly and effectively
