Ferrero Headquarter Consumer Shopper Understanding team is looking for a CSU Junior Manager for the Area International.

Main Tasks

  • Support the Area CSU Manager with project management, coordinating country’s input as well as report preparation of multi-
  • category studies (i.e. Global Advertising Tracking, Brand Value Creator, etc.); and ensure their sharing to the Area Marketing Teams and other internal stakeholders;
  • Support the Area CSU Category Managers on the implementation of Consumer Insights and Market test projects based on priority and workload.
  • Scope could include but is not limited to : Definition of the best approach to fully answer to the research brief and marketing objectives;
  • Selection and briefing of the research agencies;Management of the project, assuring high quality and correct timing of deliverables;
  • Collection and interpretation of findings to facilitate clear insights-driven presentations;
  • Constant update and improvement of the Area central shared repository of current and past consumer and shopper knowledge, ensuring the highest level of accessibility and sharing both to the CSU team and business partners.
  • Profile

  • Have a bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • Have at least 3 / 5 years of relevant experience in consumer insights activities within FMCG (agency or company);
  • Preferably, have already worked in an international environment;
  • Have a good quantitative and qualitative background;
  • Have good analytic skills and capabilities in interpreting research findings to be translated into actionable insights;
  • Have strong project management skills;
  • Have good communication and presentation skills;
  • Be open minded, flexible, with the right degree of autonomy, capable in interacting with different parties, and in finding and implementing solutions that could take into account different requests coming from the different involved parties
  • Languages

  • Fluent in English, any additional language is an asset
  • IT Skills

  • Thorough command of Microsoft Office software
