The opportunity : your next adventure awaits As part of the Microsoft Business Application success in helping our clients in transformation leveraging Power Platform and D365, we are looking for Senior Consultant for Dynamics 365 Customer engagement (CE) experience.
As a D365 Consultant, you will leverage your experience completed with state-of-the-art trainings, in order to support our clients in defining the appropriate roadmaps for transformation.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
You are a function consultant with experience in understanding customer problems and analyzing customer’s needs and formulating recommendations
Capture, define requirements and build backlog for the team
Facilitating change management from technical and organizational aspects
Simplify and standardize processes as well as overseeing effective D365 development and testing activities.
Support in building demos for pre-sales and client workshops
Able to manage Senior leadership workshops

A master’s degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or other appropriate academic majors;
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and understanding of other products in the market
At least 3-4 years of experience in the design and implementation of CRM systems.
Agile and / or Prince Project Management qualifications / experience.
