The opportunity : Responsible for the effective execution of defined operational processes and procedures for both, internal and external customers (via phone, email or direct personal contact) in order to successfully deliver the contracted Proactive Solutions services.
Work closely with internal and external parties to process and coordinate information and to follow-up on requests until the defined handover checkpoint.
Ensure all relevant records are entered and updated in the various (data input and data admin) for all tasks. Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of service operations processes / procedures / tools.
Responsible to initiate, follow-up and successfully complete tasks related to contract administration, delivery & installation prioritization, purchase orders and KPI reporting.
Coordinate projects end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders in order to accelerate the decision process to build-
up and implement efficient workflows inside service operations. To join our team you will need : Education : The candidate should have Bachelor Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent field.
A Master will be considered as an asset Languages : English is a must Experience : 5+ years of experience in Operations role (Supply Chain / Procurement / ) Significant practical experience of delivering excellent customer service.
Skills & Qualifications : Strong IT skills : Microsoft Office Proficiency in project management including time management and prioritization capability Ability to develop and activate action plans Understanding of web-
based technologies, especially server skills and associated server tasks (content management). Ability to multi-task and achieve results in a high volume environment.
