Monitor and analyse Investment Funds Services products performance and new sales opportunities.
Assist in internal and external meetings, including presentations preparation.
Provide support and coordinate the client acquisition process from contract reception through to final business implementation, including legal aspects
Work on internal and external marketing of the IFS products and support the documentation updates (e.g. website, newsletter, product sheets, etc.)
You must be enrolled in a relevant academic programme (e.g. Business Administration or related) recognised by the state and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies (please attach the copy of your certificate of enrolment)
Your internship must be covered by internship agreement
Motivated, eager to learn and can adapt fast in a complex and high value-added environment
Excellent communication skills, organization and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Flexibility, proactivity and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in written and spoken English (French or German would be an asset)
Good command of MS Office applications (particularly MS-Excel and MS-Access).
