Ihre Herausforderungen :

  • You manage and / or participate in RTL Group’s various Talent & Learning Management processes (Management Review, Succession Planning, Employee Survey, Internal Mobility, nominations to the Group’s training courses, etc.)
  • You participate in fostering Talent Management by developing innovative concepts and implementing them together with the team
  • You are a competent and proactive partner for BU managers / HR in all areas of talent management (such as contributing to the deployment of identified talents)
  • You actively support the systematic identification of talent as well as the succession planning and filling of key positions at RTL Group level
  • Talent Relationship Management : You advise, coach and accompany our managers and talents in all aspects of talent development and career planning
  • Partner with other Performance, Talent & Learning colleagues, i.e. Bertelsmann University, Group Committees in order to support various HR initiatives and to represent RTL Group and its entities
  • University Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related course of studies
  • Proven track record in HR, at least 5 years of experience ideally in talent management and succession planning, preferably in a media company
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills on all hierarchical levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable and responsible personality
  • Team player, who enjoys working in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Excellent English and German skills French and / or other European languages are considered as assets
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint and experience working with HR-IT systems (preferably Success Factors)
