Be the direct point of contact for our internal clients, our employees, and add value to our business and organisation through your recruiting and development activities.
Learning and Development : Define development needs, prepare training content, organise and administrate the training organisation, give trainings yourself and enable the participants to implement the learnt into their daily life by providing guidance after trainings.
Recruitment : drive the full recruitment process form A to Z for local industrial positions (candidate screening, coordination and execution of interviews and trail days, placing offers)
Employee Relations : be first point of contact for the addressed business unit and all levels of employees throughout the full employee life cycle.
Support during the on boarding process, the development of our talents and the exit of leavers.
Administration : ensure proper documentation and creation of diverse documents (certificates, contracts, etc.)
Organisational Development : make proposals and pitch new ideas on process improvements and new systems to improve the quality of our development offer and administration
Others : Enjoy working in an international team, developing other colleagues and interns within our HR Team and be open for new challenges and projects that may cross your way within our organisation
Your Skills and Experiences
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or HR related studies
1-3 years professional experience or graduated with first practical experience
Open personality with strong ownership and the willingness to go the extra mile
Eagerness to search for new tools and systems where the team and the organisation could benefit from
Very good communication skills and empathy
Fluent in English and French (speaking and writing), all other languages (German as preferred) are an advantage
You are a born communicator and you have an analytical mindset;
