To support our German Audit department, we are looking for an HR Recruiter Trainee (m / f) for 6 months beginning as soon as possible .
The role and responsibilities
Working in a dynamic and international Human Resources team, you will act as a key support in the Recruitment team, undertaking a wide variety of tasks from pre-
screening calls, sourcing, project management to daily administration and reporting but not only.
You will be involved in :
Making high volume outbound calls to screen and rank candidates, matching candidates' profiles to suitable roles,
Organizing interviews with candidates,
Database administration and management,
Being involved at every level of the Recruitment life cycle, from publishing job ads, advertising KPMG on our different job boards, screening Cv's
organizing interviews, being supervised by an experienced Recruiter for specific positions,
Supporting and working closely with the Campus & Branding Officer on different Jobfair & HR marketing projects.
The perfect candidate
Currently studying a Bachelor or Master degree (in HR, Psychology, Business administration or equivalent).
Is German mother tongue level and fluent in English.
Has excellent administrative skills including proficiency in MS Office.
Has excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Has a genuine interest in sales, recruitment, human Resources, and administration.
Is confident, with excellent communication skills, having a natural ability to talk to clients, candidates, peers and senior management.
Is proactive and service-oriented with a commercial, results driven background.
