Our client is a global investment manager, they help institutions, intermediaries and individuals across the planet meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future.

They are looking for a Client Service Manager Support for a contract of 3 months.The candidate be part of the Client Lifecycle and Service Management team of the SIM EU Distribution team, reporting to the EMEA Client Service Team Lead and will work closely with the other Client Service Managers in the team, the Distrbution Control teams, as well as with the Sales team for the market(s) supported.

The candidate supports the CSM and Sales team for the German market, and acts as the interface between SIM EU and internal / external clients on any queries and client-related processes for SIM EU funds by ensuring appropriate actions are taken.

He assists the CSM for the client on-boarding process for SIM EU products for the dedicated clients and, working closely with the AML / KYC team, ensures that all the relevant due diligence documentation is obtained.

He participates to monthly calls with the Sales Office to understand their local market requirements and supports them in their initiatives by arranging suitable solutions.

He supports the CSM to ensure that agreements for the clients are regularly reviewed, the contact information is regularly maintained and Due Diligence for your clients is maintained and updated in line with the risk profile of the clients.

He ensures the service level is of the highest standard by performing tasks in line with internal procedures and policies agreed upon by the relevant counterparties.

The ideal candidate has a confirmed experience in a similar position. He is fluent in English and German. He has exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

He is customer focused with commitment to providing exceptional client service. He is comfortable with MS Office (in particular Excel and Word).

He has high standards of professionalism. He has knowledge in the mutual fund industry. He has excellent organisational skills and capability to work independently, under pressure and with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines.

He is able to take decisions and initiatives. He is self-educating, curious and pragmatic....
