The After Market Services team is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced Program Manager to work hand in hand with a global retail team to define and refine our reverse logistics process for our Warehouse Deals business.

This business works to ensure Amazon recoups as much revenue as possible from returned items.

A successful candidate will be able to understand and manage key operational, financial levers and technical concepts. He or she will have excellent program management skills, able to work across teams, geographies and achieve results in a fast-

paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of customers, have a track record of timely delivery of large scale projects, and have the ability to operate independently.

Maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence and leadership skills are all essential. Plus, you will coordinate with global cross-

functional teams and outside partners to drive process improvement for the business.

In order to be successful you will need to partner with cross functional teams including the retail category teams, finance, legal, transportation, warehousing and global reverse logistics teams to deliver on brand awareness, operating revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure optimal quality and yield of the grading process and standardization across EU market places
  • Following up, and finding quick and pragmatic solutions for operational issues.
  • Establish processes and create and refine KPIs that measure performance of the processing entities.
  • Identify key process weaknesses, develop solutions, and drive the necessary changes across marketplaces with various stakeholders.
  • Provide new initiatives across multiple marketplaces to make sure we build robust and scalable processes that will accommodate the expected growth of the business and continuously improve customer experience.
  • Building on existing practice, always look to develop consistency wherever possible and appropriate and share best practices across the EU marketplaces.
  • Deliver results on profitability improvements and continuously explore opportunities to reduce operational and logistical costs for repair, considering the impact of repair on up- or downstream process.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders and leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives through leadership and influence.
  • Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results and achieve the goals and objectives of both your team and the broader organization
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field is required.
  • Previous experience in Consulting, Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, working knowledge SQL
  • Fluent in English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and competing priorities in an ever-changing environment
  • Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional projects; Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently through data analysis
