As a Junior Product Designer in Tadaweb, you will :

  • Work inside a multidisciplinary Scrum team with a Product Owner (PO), Developers, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Scrum Master.
  • Tackle unique and complex challenges within a specific problem space.
  • Explore, learn, and apply a variety of design skills Research, Critical Thinking, Wireframing, Visual Design, Copywriting, and more!
  • Forge strong, collaborative relationships with all your team members, to build solutions together.
  • Increase your knowledge and skills by observing fellow designers and receiving their practical guidance.

  • Is comfortable interacting with a range of people, from technical and business to customer-facing roles and senior leadership.
  • In this role, you will be able to learn and grow by :

    Co-driving the Product Discovery process with your PO to define the problem :

  • Help to plan and conduct interviews or workshops with Customer Success teams.
  • Help to plan and conduct interviews with end-users.
  • Understand your problem space deeply.
  • Prepare hypotheses to validate via quantitative and qualitative tests.
  • Driving idea generation from your team :

  • Help to plan and facilitate workshops with your team to brainstorm ideas together.
  • Using Figma or Sketch to create deliverables, as task flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and UI components whatever is needed to communicate ideas and drive project momentum forward.
  • Leverage our libraries and follow our Design System to maintain consistency.
  • Help your team test ideas early and learn what works and what does not.
  • Supporting solution implementation :

  • Ensure the development team is aligned with the solution and has all they need to complete their tasks.
  • You get bonus points if you have the following :

  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
  • Have experience working with style guides and user experience (UX) libraries, common patterns, and current UX practices).
  • Have basic knowledge of what Agile and Scrum are.
  • Enjoy drinking a good beer

  • Our Hiring Process :

    The hiring process for this role follows 4 stages and typically lasts 3 weeks .

  • Initial screening call with our HR representative.
  • Receive a Design Exercise - which you will work on in your own time and submit.
  • In-depth interview with our Design Team - where you discuss your Design Exercise and other aspects of the role.
  • Final interview with our Head of Product.
