We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager (m / f) with payments experience.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE Understand product and process, have complete overview of all implemented features and their technicality Define configuration specifications and business requirements in writing and keep these updated Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Perform Quality Assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-

to-market and optimal resources Drive product launches including working with public relations and sales teams, executives, and other product management team members Evaluate roll-

out plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that potentially grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Gauge customers’ levels of engagement and loyalty with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements Translate hard data into metrics to back up assumptions and develop new business cases Plan and implement cross-

selling and up-selling strategy Act as a product representative to build awareness and understanding Fair knowledge of existing regulations in payments industry such as PSD2 YOUR PROFILE At least 5 years of Product management experience exposure to the payments industry (acquiring, processing etc.

is a distinct advantage Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success Management, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-

  • facing role Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to solve the problems in a creative way Hands on experience working with program managers and engineering teams in an Agile environment focused on delivering against a product roadmap Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences at all levels, including demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and decision makers An entrepreneurial mentality;
  • willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet goals Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile methodologies is a plus Fluent in English;
  • knowledge of German, French or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage Quick learner and open-minded, able to keep a sense of humor under pressure Exceptional attention to details and accuracy, able to juggle multiple competing priorities PREFERRED Master’s degree in an analytical or engineering discipline or MBA preferred Experience with marketplaces, money transmission services or other relevant area Proven ability to connect with stakeholders, identify unmet needs, and come up with ways of meeting them via new products or feature launches Technical background with a demonstrated ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-
