seeking to continuously improve and maintain our healthy, professional and friendly workplace. Become a key player in the Luxembourg based Product Configuration Team with the main focus on CNC Configurations.

Maintain MS Access based Configuration tool for CNCs as support for our European CNC Sales force with clear focus on data input and data maintenance.

Key purpose and clear focus on data input and data maintenance. Responsibilities : Retrieve, read and understand FANUC CNC technical documentation such as order lists, new feature release statements etc.

Transform the above into meaningful data structure and perform the subsequent order condition entry into FANUC internal configuration tool Interact with FANUC Headquarter and European Technical Support Group in order to build up and maintain technically correct order conditions into FANUC internal configuration tool Interact with Supply Chain, Parts Master Team, European Technical Support Group in order to ensure data accuracy, coordination of product release and obsolescence, catalogue maintenance, standardization Interact with the European Sales force to gather functional needs of our subsidiaries in order to continuously improve FANUC internal configuration tool functionality Interact with ICT team in order to implement necessary improvements of the tool Test new FANUC internal configuration tool functions Provide user training Prepare and maintain documentation for FANUC internal configuration tool Qualifications Your Profile : Degree in Automation Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Solid technical understanding of FANUC products, preferably of FANUC CNC product Good knowledge of MS Access and / or SQL data management, no programming required Affinity to numbers and data Structured work approach Good written and verbal communication skills Good time management, planning and organizing skill Team worker Fluent in English;
