As Change Manager you will create processes or mechanisms to effectively audit, approve, or communicate policy, SOP or best practice changes on a global scale for WW Operations Talent Acquisition.
To be successful in this role, you will ensure project members as well as stakeholders understand change management objectives working together towards a common goal.
This position involves data analysis, regular, effective communication with various stakeholders on status, risks and project solutions, and analysis and implementation of new tools and processes.
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months in the HR / Talent Acquisition Department of Amazon EU Headquarters at Luxembourg.

The position is based in Amazon’s EU Headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.
