About the Role :
For our Ferrero Head Quarters in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a B 2B Account for our Hazelnut Business.
The incumbent will e xecute the commercial strategy guidelines driven by the Central B2B, coordinate and supervise the sales related to the Clients assigned .
Main Responsibilities :
Is accountable for the execution of the strategic guidelines led by the central B2B
Is responsible for the achievement of the sales targets for clients
Ensures alignment between proper budget management and business objectives
Proposes sales volume budget
Complies with spending guidelines, monitoring the performance
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT and NEGOTIATION
Identifies growth drivers for the future for the assigned B2B clients, suggesting opportunities in the whole clients management (e.
g. logistics efficiency, credit management)
Oversees clients credits, working as an interface between Ferrero Finance function and client
Oversees the contracts for the assigned clients
Is accountable for the development of the relationship with the assigned clients
Is accountable for the development of new customers, in the geographies and / or industries defined by the B2B Strategic Plan
Is accountable for the best service level to the clients, assuring a right and proper plan of the expected consumption
Works in coordination with Customer Service in order to assure the best service level at the best efficiency
Who we are looking for :
BSc or MSc in Management, Economics, or related;
7-10 years of experience
Experience in on Sales positions for B2B in International Environment;
Previous experience in FMCG is a plus;
Experience in managing customers with complex and international organization;
Market Analysis and B2B pricing methodology;
High flexibility and result orientation;
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
Excellent team working skills;
Capabilities to influence key functions & stakeholder;
Proactive, inclusive and innovative attitude.
Ability to work in a start-up mode environment
LANGUAGES : Fluent in English, Other European languages are considered a plus
