Our client, a top 25 worldwide pharmaceutical group, is in search of a Supply Chain Manager for its International Office based in Luxembourg.
The group, a constantly growing company, is offering this exciting and challenging position to a dynamic candidate who is also prepared to take on further responsibilities.
Your major responsibilities will, among others, also include : Full responsibility of the Supply Chain Department, with direct responsibility of the available staff, covering Planning, Master Data, Customer Service, Order Management and Logistics activities Supervision and monitoring of the Supply Chain performance of the affiliates / licensee in terms of Stock Levels, Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, in line with Corporate Supply guidelines and license agreements.
Assuring compliance to the Supply Chain and Logistics contractual obligations of the Company and of its Clients and Suppliers with regards to the existing Supply Agreements (supply performances, lead times, Minimum Order Quantities, Yield management and relevant compensation, obsolete materials and write offs, etc.
Participate at the definition of new supply, manufacturing and license agreements, for any provisions affecting the supply chain and logistics Participate at the regular meetings and committees with licensors and suppliers.
Develop and implement Supply Chain and Logistic guidelines and operating procedures according to the Corporate Guidelines and Procedures Liaising with the Corporate Functions (Supply Chain and Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, etc.

Coordination of new products launches, in close cooperation with the other parties concerned, from the early stage preparation till the launch in the market Your qualifications : You must hold a relevant Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical fields, a Master in Supply Chain is a plus 5 to 10 years' experience in Supply Chain and Logistics management in the fields Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, Consumer Good Excellent knowledge of English is required.
