Work closely with the HR leaders in Europe to assess the current HR processes, to propose improvements, and finally to conduct the changes.
All the HR topics must be covered, from the on-boarding of the new comers to the payroll processes.
Work closely with the business to understand their requirements.
This role covers several European countries.
You have at least 10 years of experience in HR, at a manager or director level, to be able to challenge at high level and gain the necessary credibility to conduct change.
Speaking fluently English is mandatory.
