The vision of the WW Operations Benchmarking program is to enable every operation in the world to realize Best-At-Amazon performance levels.
The foundational step in Benchmarking is to define accurately-aggressive performance targets for every process in every operation.
These targets define efficiency goals for operations to achieve and are the base of Operational Plans (OP) for all participating networks, so they are formally defined as the productivity expectation for hundreds of Amazon sites worldwide.
